PCR reactions were purified in high throughput using the Millipore MultiscreenHTS PCR 96-Well Plate Kit (Millipore Corporate 290 Concord Rd. Billerica, MA 0182 - USA) and a robotic station, Beckman Coulter’s Biomek® FX Laboratory Automation Workstation, equipped with ORCA® robotic arm (Beckman Coulter, Fullerton, CA).

  

Plasmid purification were obtained in high throughput using the Millipore Montage Plasmid Miniprep Kit (Millipore Corporate 290 Concord Rd. Billerica, MA 0182 - USA) and a robotic station, Beckman Coulter’s Biomek® FX Laboratory Automation Workstation, equipped with ORCA® robotic arm (Beckman Coulter, Fullerton, CA)

  

Sequence reactions were obtained with the BigDye Terminator Cycle Sequencing technology (Applied Biosystems, Foster City, CA), purified in automation using the Agencourt CleanSEQ Dye terminator removal Kit (Agencourt Bioscience Corporation, 500 Cummins Center, Suite 2450, Beverly MA 01915 - USA) and a robotic station Biomek FX (Beckman Coulter, Fullerton, CA). Products were analyzed on an Automated Capillary Electrophoresis Sequencer 3730 DNA Analyzer (Applied Biosystems).
